We would like to use your services for the creation of a custom website for our hair salon. This site should be inspired by the functionality and user experience of the Planity platform, to which you have access via our current account. We expect a similar proposal from you, and any remark such as "we were not aware of this" will not be acceptable for features already integrated into our current Planity. Client Interface • Intuitive online booking (similar to Planity) • Automatic reminder sent by e-mail and SMS 2 hours before each appointment • Ability for the client to modify or reschedule their appointment in case of an unexpected event, directly from the link received • Accessible interface, clearly distinct from the professional space ________________________________________ 2. Professional Space (Stylist Access) The stylist space must be separate from the client interface and include the following features : • Agenda management per stylist • Modification of service prices • Client payment processing • No-show marking for absent clients ________________________________________ 3. Accounting Module A dedicated accounting tab must allow consultation, per stylist, of : • Daily revenue • Weekly revenue • Monthly revenue • Annual revenue • Total services completed per day ________________________________________ 4. Agenda Synchronisation with Planity The new website must be synchronised in real time with our existing Planity calendar. Whether a client books through Planity or through the new website, the appointment must appear simultaneously on both calendars. This two-way synchronisation is essential in order to avoid any duplicate or overlapping appointments at the same time slot for the same stylist. ________________________________________ You have access to our current Planity account : we invite you to explore it in detail in order to familiarise yourself with all the technical features to be reproduced or improved. Any feature already visible on our Planity pro must be integrated without it being necessary to flag it to us as unknown.
