I need a bespoke WordPress plugin that can calculate the selling price of diamond jewellery on-the-fly. The form has to accept six user inputs—carat weight, diamond colour grade, diamond clarity grade, the current diamond price per carat, gold carat, and the current gold price per gram—and then return three figures: the total price, a transparent breakdown of each component, and a discounted price if a promo code is present. Visitors should see the numbers refresh instantly while they move the sliders or dropdowns, yet I also want an optional “Calculate” button for those who prefer a manual refresh; a simple toggle in the back-end settings would be ideal. All prices must update without a full page reload (AJAX or a comparable method). Please build this as a lightweight, self-contained plugin compatible with the latest WordPress core and common page builders. Shortcode support will let me drop the calculator into any product page or widget area. A clean admin panel where I can edit tax, discount rate, metal markup, and currency symbol is essential.
