I need a perfectionist Wordpress developer to update and optimize an LMS (learndash site) and help me create a members only community. I will provide guidelines, copy and a brief, show you the tools I am already using and the parts of the site that are already built and need updating. I will share a theme I am already using and the prototype design I've created, and another theme we might want to use for the community side. You will present a solution, including what you would do and how would you turn my ideas into the fully functional site I need without endless going back and forth. I also need you to help me clean up my server, the files, emails, etc, and put order to multiple wordpress sites I have on my server. I will provide an itemized list of issues that will need attention. As you know, designers and developers often have a hard time communicating. I am designer. You will be hired based on your ability to demonstrate you can think like a designer. My intention is to find someone who would remove work out of my plate, not cause more with faulty communication and endless micromanagement. I am looking for someone who is direct, pragmatic, intelligent and can communicate clearly and understand quickly. The less effort I have to put in telling you things, the better. Prove you can do that. FYI - I will ignore automated, AI generated proposals that just regurgitate what I've written. I won't read long proposals either.
