My WordPress site is overdue for a clean-up. Several plugins have fallen out of sync with the current WordPress/PHP versions and are now throwing functionality errors. I need those glitches ironed out and each plugin brought up to a compatible, stable release. Alongside that core task, a couple of smaller but important items need attention: the contact form no longer displays correctly and an embedded Google Map 'snazzy map' has stopped displaying correctly. A general tidy-up of any stray styling or console warnings that pop up while you’re in there would be appreciated too. Deliverables • Repair all functionality errors and update each plugin for full compatibility with the latest WordPress core. • Restore the contact form so it displays correctly on screen. • Fix the header / logo issue on current mobile view. • Add in a cookies feature. • Remove any not needed plug-ins and offer solutions to speed up the site. • Re-enable the custom map embed and confirm it displays correctly on desktop and mobile. • Provide a short hand-over note summarising work done and any settings I should keep an eye on. I’ll supply WP admin site access. If you’re comfortable troubleshooting plugins, testing on staging first, and then pushing the fixes live, let’s get started.
