I already have WordPress installed and the theme files ready; what I need now is someone who can get everything looking and behaving exactly the way I picture it. Website is presentation type, no web shop etc. From there, I’ll provide notes on the specific layout changes I want and ensure the overall structure feels balanced on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
