I maintain several XenForo 2.x add-ons and need an experienced developer to step in on an ongoing basis. The workload is a mix of customization, bug fixing, and completely new feature development. Right now the priorities are: • Refining the user interface—primarily template and style tweaks plus some navigation-level improvements—to ensure the add-ons feel native to any forum theme. • Extending and refactoring functionality so the codebase stays lean and future-proof while we ship new features users have been requesting. • Squashing a backlog of edge-case bugs that surface under high traffic or with certain third-party integrations. You’ll be working inside XenForo 2.x, so strong PHP7+/MySQL skills, familiarity with the XenForo framework, template syntax, phrases, and the admin options system are essential. Experience with JavaScript (ES6) and the XF AJAX system will come in handy, especially when improving interface behaviour. Deliverables for each task will include: • Clean, fully commented code that follows XenForo coding conventions • Updated templates, language phrases, and style properties where relevant • Step-by-step install/upgrade XMLs or patch files • A brief change log and test notes so I can reproduce and sign off I have a private staging forum ready; you’ll get repo access and can submit pull requests or patches for review.
