# Zoho CRM Plus Consultant — Real Estate, Dubai (Takeover Project) We are a RERA-licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai serving Scandinavian and international property investors. We need an experienced Zoho CRM Plus consultant to take over an existing project from a previous partner. This is a live CRM with ~500 leads, active sales agents across 5 countries, and multiple integrations already running. The foundation is built — we need someone to finish it properly. ## What We Need Done **Lead Scoring & Automation** - Complete Zia Lead Scoring setup with both profile fields and engagement signals (email opens, clicks, WhatsApp replies, chat, ad sources) - Automated lead tagging (Hot/Warm/Cold) based on score thresholds - Junk lead detection, retry logic, and auto-cleanup workflows - Hot lead instant notification to assigned agent **Blueprint & Process Control** - Blueprint on Deals module enforcing sales stages with mandatory fields per stage - KYC compliance enforcement — agents cannot progress without required documents - Approval Process for admin sign-off before invoicing - Conditional Layouts and Validation Rules **Data Model** - Lookup relationships and filters between custom modules (Developers, Projects, Properties, Deals, Contacts) - Lead → Contact conversion with complete field mapping (no data loss) - Cross-module data integrity **Channel Integrations** - WhatsApp Business API (360dialog) — already running, may need maintenance - SMS (SMS Magic Interact) — routing configured, needs verification - Telephony (JustCall) — new integration replacing previous provider - Zoho SalesIQ — live chat to lead capture - Zoho Books — Deals to Invoice flow with commission calculation **Campaigns & Reporting** - Zoho Campaigns connected to CRM with proper segmentation (multi-language: Norwegian, Swedish, English) - Email engagement data flowing back to Zia scoring - Zoho Analytics dashboards for agent performance, pipeline, and lead source ROI ## Required Experience **Mandatory — do not apply without these:** - Zoho CRM certified or equivalent documented experience (share proof with your proposal) - Hands-on experience with **Zia Lead Scoring**, **Blueprint**, **Workflow Rules**, and **Deluge scripting** - Experience with WhatsApp Business API integrations - Proven track record of testing before deploying to production - Clear communication and weekly progress reporting **Strongly Preferred:** - Real estate CRM or KYC/compliance workflows - Zoho Books integration - Zoho Campaigns and email automation - JustCall or similar telephony integration - Multi-language CRM environments ## Working Arrangement - Remote, freelance/contract - ~15–25 hours/week for first 8 weeks, then reduced for maintenance - Communication via WhatsApp group + weekly video call - Must be available during Dubai business hours (GMT+4) for calls when needed - Access via dedicated System Integrator profile ## Why We Are Hiring Our previous partner was terminated because they deployed untested changes to production, sent mass emails to real customers without approval, and reported incomplete work as done. We need someone who reads documentation carefully, tests thoroughly, and communicates honestly.
