Zoho CRM: We urgently need support for our AI Application/Form!! For when updates and additions are needed, and when fixes are required. This form already exists but we need somoene that is responsive within 24 hours to make the fixes and changes. Our current Developer has taken a full-time Job, and we need to find a replacement. He is willing to set aside time to pass this on in person via a video call and said, 'It won’t take long to explain to a decent coder the method behind the madness.' The 'paper' Meeting Form has been added to ZOHO CRM using Zoho Creator to become our AI Meeting form with automation. Prepping for the meeting: When opening the AI Form before the meeting, the assigned fields pre-fill information from the Contacts Contact Record. During the meeting, information recorded or boxes checked on the form will either automatically: -Populate the assigned field in the Contact Records upon opening the form -Trigger an email template to be sent to the Contact one email template with assigned fliers attached, depending on the boxes checked -Create a task in ZOHO for the associated SHR Staff member to take action --Trigger an email to be sent to the 'Referrer' [a field in the Contacts Record] -Populate/Update information entered on the form into the assigned field in the Contacts ZOHO Record. Creation of a refreshed visual layout for the automated Pricing List PDF. Based on the PRODUCTS module in Zoho CRM. This includes typography selection, spacing rules, table layout refinements, and export-ready design delivery. Backend logic for compiling pricing data, rendering dynamic PDF content, and preparing downloadable output. Zoho Survey: Integrate a new graphing component sourced from Zoho Survey, ensuring data retrieval, formatting, and display match existing dashboard standards. This includes light UI alignment, API handling and testing. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: - Describe your CRM system (stages + required fields). Why did you structure it that way? - Do not bid on projects that specify AI generative tools, as such bids will be automatically ignored if AI detection is triggered.
