I need a customization/integration for Zoho Desk that automatically associates incoming tickets with the correct Zoho CRM Account based on the sender’s email domain and user email. Details: When a ticket is created in Zoho Desk, the system should check the email address of the sender. The integration should then match this email with the corresponding Account in Zoho CRM, using the domain of the email address (e.g., @company.com) as the key. Once identified, the ticket should be automatically linked to the correct Account and, if available, the Contact. If no match is found, the ticket should remain unassociated or flagged for manual review. Deliverables: Functional workflow, function, or custom script that performs this automatic matching.
